My Story
I am the one who came out of the womb with a sign
on my forehead that says:
"Tell me, I care!"
And the truth is... I really do care about you.
I am a people person to a fault. I love people, especially women of all ages in every stage of life. Nothing makes me happier than seeing other women use their God-given gifts for the benefit of others. I enjoy leading and motivating women to be the best they can be.
Even though I have had a myriad of my own health issues, every struggle has challenged me to seek God and ask "What can I learn from this?" The realization of looking for what God is doing in a situation, rather than complaining about it, is liberating.
Things started going sideways for me in 2007 when gluten allergies were rarely discussed, much less diagnosed. It was the start of a journey that included many highs and lows. I have autoimmune issues and also a long list of major surgeries because of them.
However, my health issues are what pushed me to study holistic nutrition, earn my
bachelor's degree, and become a certified sports nutritionist. I knew the Lord was
calling me to become a certified professional life coach as well so - I did!
I have been in ministry for over 20 years, leading Bible studies with women and teaching. I have served with women, children, and small groups. My husband and I are also marriage mentors.
You know yourself better than anyone. I will listen to you and help you gain a greater understanding of yourself, your goals, and your strengths. Once these are identified, I will
provide you with encouragement and accountability. Sometimes just having someone in your corner is just what it takes to get to the next level.
I help you to find balance and wellness in your relationships, your health, and
most importantly your walk with God. Simply put, I am your advocate.
I want to be your personal coach.
Oh... I am a ridiculously proud mom of two adult sons and have a beautiful daughter-in-law
too - whom I adore. I have been married to my best friend of 26 years and
we live in the wonderful state of Michigan.
Ecclesiastes 4: 9, 12
"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work. Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not easily broken."
